Announcements
On Sunday, February 22, 2026, 24 of our unbaptized brothers and sisters—accompanied by their sponsors/godparents—braved the cold and rain to gather at the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh for the Rite of Election. This powerful liturgy marks their transition from "catechumens" to "the elect," signaling the start of their final, intense period of preparation for the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist.

It was a moving day for our OCIA family and the Diocese of Raleigh. We invite you to join us in prayer for our Elect and all that are in OCIA during this final, intense season of preparation.

A Look Ahead at the remaining OCIA presentations:
March 1st: The Creed
March 8th: Communion of Saints
March 15th: Mary
March 22nd: The Four Last Things
