Faith Formation Program Mission
Our goal and Mission here at Infant of Prague Catholic Church Faith Formation is for our students to come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We teach so one can grow in knowledge of our Catholic-Christian faith according to the bible and Catholic Doctrine. As we grow in faith and knowledge, we become an instrument of the Lord where people will see Jesus in us and we see Jesus in them. We become the hands and feet of Christ as true disciples. We teach that our faith is not just something we believe in, but our faith is something we live.
REGISTRATION FORMS will be distributed in class on Sunday, April 11. They will be mailed to all families who are working from home this year.
After April 11, the green forms will be located in the acrylic holders at the doors of the church. IT IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR FAITH FORMATION EVERY YEAR.
A copy of the Baptism certificate must be on file in the office. Please contact Sr Barbara Marie at 347-4196 ext 401 or email@example.com for more information or to get assistance in obtaining a certificate of Baptism.
